Our vision

The Endometriosis Initiative Group invites everyone to join in collectively trying to solve all the many unanswered questions and to submit their hypothesis on this website designed to facilitate the submission of innovative, disruptive and even provocative hypothesis about endometriosis.

This website, accessible by everyone, is maintained by the Endometriosis Initiative Group in charge of reviewing the proposed theories and will moderate the discussions about the proposals. The Endometriosis Initiative Group will be open to any researcher interested to join the initiative.

Hypothesis submitted will be reviewed by members of the groups. The aim of this review will only aim at facilitating the understanding of the ideas proposed. No ideas will be a priori rejected. However, every hypothesis will be as extensively discussed and commented as necessary because it is our conviction that critics and discussions are useful and probably mandatory to improve an hypothesis, encourage new ideas and creative studies necessary to confirm or to contradict the concept. Anonymous, aggressive and disrespectful comments will not be accepted. Anonymous comments or proposals will not be accepted.

The website is organized as an online journal not as a social media. So that every submission and comment will be checked before being displayed online.

Guidelines for Submissions

We suggest that a proposed theory/hypothesis should be summarized in 2000 words with one page for references and one page for proposed clinical and or basic research studies, designed to either confirm or refute the hypothesis. Again, as the goal is to free the authors, longer proposal will be considered and accepted as such if justified.

Comments will be limited to 500 words and 10 references, but these rules will be adapted when considered necessary by the reviewers.
